Colourstart has been shortlisted as a Finalist for Innovation of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2022, and honestly, we’re over the moon.
Allow us to be a tiny bit indulgent and explain why this is such a huge accolade for us…
Colourstart has been 15 years in the making and to say we are proud of being recognised as an industry innovation, is an understatement. That’s a decade and a half of tenacious research and development, working with dermatologists, chemists, medical experts, lawyers, trichologists, pharmaceutical leaders and of course you, the hairdressing community.
Our mission is to make professional colour services safer and more convenient for everyone and licensing the first consumer hair colour allergy test with the MHRA has been a very long and often personal journey. This is one of those tiny moments in life for everyone in the team to reflect and celebrate.
