• New Filter lets you see clients by Colourstart status. “Who needs to record their patch test result?” and “Which clients have not yet accepted their Colourstart Passport invite?”. These reports can then be exported.
• Timestamps for Reaction Results is a good way to keep an eye on clients who need to record the results of their Colourstart test.
• Retake Questionnaire added allows you to split clients already with a Passport from those at the start of the process.
• Stylist Assignment gives salons the option to assign stylists to clients. This has the flexibility to be used to support team incentives, multi-site locations and chair renting businesses.
• Next Appointment allows you the option to set two free client reminders 7 days and 24 hours before their next colour appointment. Our API means your salon management provider can link their system to your Passport for this information to be autofilled.
